At the end of a "reserve" auction, if the reserve price is not met you will not receive contact information for any of the bidders.  You will have two choices here:

1. You may resubmit the auction on the chance that a new bidder will meet the reserve; you may also change or eliminate the reserve dureing the renew process. To renew, go to http://epage.com/js/account and hit the "renew" link next to the auction
2. You may contact the lower bidders and sell at their bid price, even though they did not meet the reserve.
